Integrations

WooCommerce and WordPress + WhatsApp

A WordPress plugin connects your site to ConneXus. On a WooCommerce store it hooks order and cart events to WhatsApp messages; on any WordPress site it can route contact-form submissions — including Contact Form 7 and WPForms — into your inbox and CRM as leads.

What the plugin hooks into

WooCommerce for commerce, form plugins for lead capture.

  • WooCommerce order confirmations and status updates
  • Abandoned-cart follow-up
  • Contact Form 7 and WPForms submissions become CRM leads
  • Gravity Forms submissions
  • WhatsApp chat and lead-capture widgets on the site

Already have a site you like?

You do not have to move it. The plugin adds WhatsApp capture and order messaging to the site you already run, and a separate site scan can tell you which of your existing pages would benefit most from a booking or lead widget.
