Features
A WhatsApp broadcast on the Business API is a template message sent to many contacts at once — and unlike the WhatsApp Business app, recipients do not need to have saved your number. ConneXus sends broadcasts through a background worker that batches and rate-limits delivery, so a large send does not trip WhatsApp throughput limits or your own quality rating.
Build the audience, pick the template, choose when it goes, then watch it land.
When a recipient replies STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, the contact is flagged and excluded from future marketing sends automatically, across WhatsApp, SMS and email. This is not optional politeness — repeated messaging of people who asked you to stop is the fastest route to a WhatsApp quality-rating downgrade and eventual number restriction.
Free-form messages are only permitted inside the 24-hour service window that opens when a customer messages you; outside it you must use an approved template. ConneXus enforces that window at send time rather than letting Meta reject the message, and applies a configurable per-channel daily cap so an automation bug cannot burn your sending reputation overnight.

No. That restriction applies to broadcast lists in the WhatsApp Business app. On the Business API you can message any contact who has opted in, whether or not they have saved your number.
Meta assigns each number a messaging tier that starts limited and increases as you send quality traffic. Your quality rating can move you up or down. ConneXus also lets you set your own daily cap below Meta's ceiling as a safety net.
Meta charges per delivered template message, billed to you directly because you own the WhatsApp Business Account. We add nothing on top of that.
Connect your number through Meta Embedded Signup, keep ownership of your WhatsApp Business Account, and pay Meta directly for messages — we never add a markup.
