Integrations

API and webhooks

Everything the dashboard does sits on an authenticated REST API, and business events are available as outbound webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256. If you run an ERP, a custom back office or a mobile app, you can connect it directly rather than waiting for a named integration.

Inbound: the REST API

Scoped keys, tenant-isolated.

  • API keys with per-key usage tracking
  • Contacts, bookings, orders, invoices and messages
  • Every request scoped to your tenant and checked against role permissions
  • Rate limited per tenant

Outbound: webhooks

Events pushed to your endpoint as they happen.

  • HMAC-SHA256 signature on every delivery
  • Delivery log showing what fired and what failed
  • Secret rotation supported
  • Events across messaging, leads, bookings and payments

Frequently asked questions

Is there API documentation?

API keys and endpoints are available from the dashboard. A public developer docs site is on the roadmap rather than published today.

Are webhooks retried on failure?

Yes, failed deliveries are retried with backoff, and the delivery log shows what happened.
