The ConneXus flow builder is a visual, drag-and-drop canvas for WhatsApp automation. You place nodes for messages, questions, conditions, delays and actions, connect them, and publish. What separates it from most no-code bot builders is what surrounds the canvas: a simulator that runs the flow before customers ever see it, a validation panel that catches dead ends and unreachable branches, and a run history that shows exactly which path each real conversation took.
Most chatbot builders let you publish a broken flow and find out from a confused customer. Here the loop is tighter.
Flows can start from an inbound message, a keyword match, an Instagram comment or story mention, or a business event elsewhere in the platform — a booking confirmed, an invoice going overdue, stock dropping below a threshold.
Not every automation needs a canvas. Keyword auto-replies, business-hours routing and tag-based conditions can be set up as plain rules, with the same action set: send a message or template, add or remove a tag, create a lead, update a contact field, call a webhook, wait, or end the conversation.

No. The builder is drag-and-drop and the AI panel can draft a first version from a plain-language description. A developer is only needed if you want to call your own systems, which the webhook node supports.
