FAQ

How do I send a WhatsApp message to a number I have not saved?

Use a wa.me link. It opens a chat with that number directly, so neither of you has to save the other as a contact first. Generate one above, then open it on the device where WhatsApp is installed.

What is a wa.me link?

WhatsApp's official click-to-chat format: wa.me/ followed by the number in international format with no plus sign, spaces or dashes. Adding ?text= lets you pre-fill a message in the recipient's chat box.

Can I pre-fill the message?

Yes. Whatever you type as the message appears already written in the chat box when the link opens. The person still has to press send — that is a WhatsApp rule, not a limitation of this tool.

Does this tool cost anything or store my number?

No to both. It runs entirely in your browser, nothing is sent to a server, and there is no signup or email wall.

Does the link work on desktop too?

Yes. On desktop it opens WhatsApp Web or the desktop app, provided you are signed in there.
