Payments on WhatsApp, into your own account

Payment links are generated against your own merchant account — Razorpay, Stripe or PhonePe — or as a tap-to-pay UPI intent against your own VPA. The money settles to you directly. We are not in the payment flow, we do not hold funds, and we take no percentage of your sales.

How reconciliation works

The payment updates the order without anyone matching it by hand.

  • Payment link sent in the chat, or attached to an invoice
  • Gateway webhook confirms the payment
  • Database-level idempotency means a retried webhook cannot double-count
  • Order and invoice marked paid; receipt sent automatically
  • Currency mismatches are refused rather than silently applied
  • Dunning reminders stop the moment payment lands

UPI has one honest limitation

A raw UPI intent has no payment callback, and no browser can read a bank's confirmation SMS. So for UPI, the customer confirms by entering the UTR, which records a pending payment claim and alerts you to verify. Gateway links do not have this limitation — they reconcile automatically.
