AI that knows your business, not just English

Generic AI writes plausible sentences about nothing. The assistance in ConneXus is grounded in your own data — your products, your prices, your customer's history — so a suggested reply can quote a real item at a real price rather than inventing one.

Where AI shows up

Each of these is a specific job, not a general chatbot bolted on top.

  • Suggested replies — several context-aware options for an incoming message, drawn from your catalogue
  • Campaign copy generator — describe the offer in a line, get the message
  • Flow drafting — describe an automation in plain language, get a starting canvas
  • Voice-note transcription in the inbox, so you can skim instead of listen
  • Lead scoring signals from conversation behaviour
  • Business-hours co-existence — humans answer in hours, AI covers off-hours

Suggestions, not autopilot

Suggested replies are proposed to a human who sends, edits or ignores them. That is deliberate: on WhatsApp a confidently wrong automated answer costs you a customer and, if enough people block you, your quality rating. Where full automation is right — an out-of-hours acknowledgement, a menu, an FAQ — that is what the flow builder is for.

Caps are respected

AI-generated sends pass through the same 24-hour window checks and daily caps as everything else, and the inbox warns you before drafting a message that would be rejected.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI reply to customers on its own?

Only where you configure it to — for example off-hours answering. In normal operation it proposes replies that a human sends, edits or discards.

Where does the AI get its answers?

From your own records — product catalogue, prices and the customer's conversation history — rather than from generic web knowledge.

Can it handle voice notes?

Yes, voice notes can be transcribed to text in the inbox so you can read a long message instead of playing it.
