Features
Most CRMs treat WhatsApp as an integration bolted on the side. Here it is the front door: an inbound WhatsApp or Instagram message creates a lead contact automatically, the whole conversation history attaches to that record, and every downstream automation — reminders, follow-ups, win-back — runs off the same data.
The most expensive lead is the one nobody logged. These run on inbound message alone.
Automation triggers are not limited to messages. A booking confirmed, an invoice going overdue, a payment received, stock dropping below a threshold — each can send a WhatsApp message, add a tag, assign an owner, create a lead, update a field, call a webhook, or wait and then do something else.
Because the CRM, the inbox, the invoice, the booking and the loyalty balance all reference the same contact, you never reconcile a WhatsApp lead against a spreadsheet against a billing app. That is the practical difference between a WhatsApp tool and a business that runs on WhatsApp.
| Trigger | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Inbound message received | Instant acknowledgement, out-of-hours reply |
| Keyword match | Route "price" to a pricing flow, "hours" to opening times |
| Instagram comment or story mention | Auto-DM the commenter with a link |
| Booking created or confirmed | Confirmation, then reminders before the slot |
| Invoice overdue | Escalating payment reminders |
| Payment received | Receipt, review request, loyalty points |
| Stock below threshold | Alert the owner |
No. An inbound WhatsApp or Instagram message from an unknown number creates the contact automatically, tagged as a lead, with the conversation attached.
There is a REST API with API keys and outbound webhooks signed with HMAC, plus Zapier and Make compatibility. Named one-click connectors for HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce are not built yet.
Real engagement signals — replying, clicking, browsing your catalogue, returning. Crossing a score threshold emits an event you can hang an automation off, such as alerting a salesperson.
Connect your number through Meta Embedded Signup, keep ownership of your WhatsApp Business Account, and pay Meta directly for messages — we never add a markup.
