Take the whole order inside WhatsApp

WhatsApp commerce means the customer browses, orders and pays without being pushed to a website. ConneXus supports single-product and multi-product messages drawn from a catalogue synced to your WhatsApp Business Account — and because the catalogue is the same product list your point of sale and invoicing use, an order placed in a chat updates stock and produces a GST invoice like any other sale.

From message to money

The chain runs end to end rather than stopping at "customer expressed interest".

  • Single-product and multi-product messages sent straight into the conversation
  • Catalogue synced from the same product records your storefront and POS use
  • Payment links from your own Razorpay, Stripe, PhonePe or UPI account
  • Payment confirmation reconciled automatically by webhook
  • GST-compliant invoice generated and sent back over WhatsApp
  • Stock decremented on the same movement ledger as counter sales
  • Order status updates — confirmed, ready, dispatched — as utility templates

The money is yours

Payments run through your own gateway account. We do not sit in the flow, we do not hold funds, and we do not take a percentage of your sales. Our revenue is the subscription — nothing else.

Beyond retail

The same primitives cover services: a salon sends a treatment menu as a multi-product message, a garage sends a job estimate with a payment link, a café publishes a menu behind a single QR code where the order writes straight into the kitchen queue.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take a commission on WhatsApp sales?

No. Payments go directly to your own gateway or UPI account. We charge a subscription and take no percentage of your revenue.

Can customers pay by UPI?

Yes — UPI, cards and netbanking through your own Razorpay, Stripe or PhonePe account, plus a tap-to-pay UPI intent option.

Does a WhatsApp order show up in my regular sales reports?

Yes. It is the same order record as a counter sale or a website order, so it appears in your day book, GST returns and inventory movements without any reconciliation on your side.
